We Aim to be the cheapest supplier in the UK, unfortunately this can never be guaranteed on a daily basis as other suppliers can change their prices daily.. If you find the same products somewhere else in the uk cheaper, we will try to price match best we can on their normal Retail Price, Price Match cannot be guaranteed if their product offers are Sales & Clearance Offers etc, Although we will try our best...Bulk buying from us brings the price down.

We Advise that When buying in bulk please check expiry date on products before purchase by emailing or ringing, to make sure they will not be out of date when you use them . Most products will have 12 to 18 months on them at new but time to time we come to the end of stock and will put a sale on and reduce them or advertise them as clearance in advance of expiry. So for instance if you were to buy 20 packets 6 - 9 months before expiry but take 2 or more a day you would still be fine,, but if you only took 1 a day you would not. it is your reasonability to work it out before ordering bulk to make sure they will not be any waste.. as we do not know how many you will take a day when ordering online. and cannot take responsibility if you still have some left unused up to expiry.

We never sell out of date products, ....If in the rare event a product had less then a month on it we would advertise and explain this and the product would be sold at clearance price, once again this is very very rare as most products are sold out a long time before they reach expiry

We explain all this as we do not want any disappointment , We are a voluntary organization to help other sufferers and give discount prices. Most of our customers buy bulk to share there products with other friends etc or sell on to others , So in this case for instance there would be less chance of any waste, but if you were to buy the products for yourself to last you 18 months., We advise that You would need to double check on expiry date. We have never had a situation of people finding they still have a lot of stock left and not used them all before expiry but we Think it is best to point this out before you buy. We are here to help you and advise you the best we can

NO Refunds or responsibility can me made for any products that are not needed anymore or that have met there expiry date after you have purchased them.

Technical Errors & Pricing errors on the website

From time to time the technical software on this website may develop errors with pricing or information. This happens very rare but in this event if it does and the shopping cart develops a pricing error or description etc .. If you are not happy with transaction because of this, We may void the transaction and give you a full refund before we process the order, .. You are not obligated to go through with the purchase if you feel the transaction had errors with pricing or description. This only applies at the shopping cart stage and before order has been processed and sent out

We at nadh4u.com & nadh-direct are not obligated to fulfil any transaction if errors have developed in the shopping cart on the website which give incorrect price or description,. We may offer you a full refund or offer you an alternate product or price... However errors developing is a very rare occurance but We are sorry for any convenience caused.

NADH4U.COM & NADH-DIRECT are happy to consider bulk buying from international orders however please email us first before buying to get a postage quote as postage stated ' international orders' is normally for just one box unless stated otherwise....However we may allow at our discretion to send more box's. We will confirm this at the time of order....We also may ask for bank transfer as a payment method for bulk international orders.. All items are sent by airmail 'signed for', 'Airsure' or' parcel force'. where there is either a tracking number or signed for receipt.

We reserve the right to cancel any purchases where the correct postage option has not been paid for.

We reserve the right to cancel bulk orders if prior notice was not given to us by email first. However we would alway contact you via email or phone before a bulk order was cancelled. It is very rare that any order is cancelled, we would always try to give you another option of paying such as Bank transfer etc.
